Founded in Spring 2009, Estate Crush is downtown Lodi’s first dedicated custom crush facility for premium wine production. Estate Crush allows wine brand owners to get your toe in the water without the capital expense of buying equipment or building a bricks and mortar production facility. You can easily test and build your brand and focus on marketing, leaving the winemaking to us.
Estate Crush’s state-of-the-art custom crush facility is specially designed for small to medium lots and has the ability to create the finest, handcrafted luxury wines. The Estate Crush facility offers 6,000 square feet of temperature-controlled, humidified barrel storage and more than 16,000 square feet of total winery, with the entire crush pad contained in a sanitary, indoor environment.
And, for those interested in tasting, the Estate Crush Wine Tasting Room features more than 35 brands and 88 wines. Sixteen wines are on the tasting and by-the-glass menu, which changes monthly, and more than 85 of Estate Crush’s wines have been selected as medalists in prestigious competitions. Wines often included on the tasting menu include those from brands Estate Crush, Stellina, Little Star, and Tall House Vineyards. In addition, the Double Gold-winning brand Stellina participates in the Lodi Native program, and under the Estate Crush label, the winery features an award-winning Cinsault from the prestigious Bechthold Vineyard.
